TLANZ Research Survey 2025

TLANZ Research Survey Draw Terms and Conditions:

  1. Eligibility– The prize draw is open to all who fully complete and submit The Law Association of New Zealand (TLANZ) survey entitled. Each respondent may enter the prize draw once only.

 

  1. Prize – You’ll go in the draw to win a $300 GiftPay eVoucher if you complete the survey within 48 hours. TLANZ will also randomly select five (5) entrants to each receive a prize – a $100 Prezzy card upon successful completion of the survey.

The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.

 

  1. Entry Period– To be eligible for entry, all fully completed surveys must be submitted by 5 pm (NZST), Friday 10 October 2025.

 

  1. Notification– The prize draw will take place on Tuesday 14 October 2025 and the winners will be randomly selected from the eligible entries. TLANZ will attempt to contact the winners via email or phone within three (3) business days of the prize draw date.

 

  1. Public announcement – The names of the prize winners may be announced on TLANZ’s official website, social media channels, or other communication platforms.

By participating in this survey and prize draw, all participants consent to TLANZ using their name for this purpose.

 

  1. Data Usage– By participating in this survey and prize draw, participants agree to allow TLANZ to use their responses for research purposes in an anonymous and aggregated form.

Personal data collected from participants will be used only for the purpose of the survey and prize draw and the data will not be shared with third parties without express consent.

 

  1. General conditions- TLANZ reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Participation in the survey constitutes acceptance of these prize draw terms and conditions. TLANZ’s decisions regarding the prize draw are final and binding.

 

  1. Amendments– TLANZ reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at its own discretion.

 

  1. Liability– To the extent permitted by law, TLANZ excludes all liability for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in this draw.
