Health & Safety Law

The Health and Safety Law Committee has a diverse composition of key players in the health and safety law field.

The Committee investigates and challenges the health and safety legal framework in New Zealand, including engaging with regulators and industry professionals, pursuing legal reform and provoking outcomes to litigation that promote best practice.

To further help facilitate good practice within the health and safety space, the Committee works to deliver health and safety related events and training and aims to promote awareness of topical issues in health and safety law.
