NextGen Lawyers Committee

The NextGen Lawyers Committee members range from recent graduates through to those with seven years’ PQE. The members work in a diverse range of practice areas across the legal sector. As well as pursuing law reform, the Committee provides career assistance and networking opportunities for junior practitioners.

The Committee aims to empower early-career lawyers through professional development, mentorship and guidance. An emphasis is placed on fostering a collaborative and inclusive community for networking, knowledge-sharing and mutual support.
