Kchitij Tiwari (KT) is the Director of Jury Law Limited, a high-volume property and business conveyancing practice in Auckland. His work spans residential and commercial conveyancing, business sale and purchase transactions, trust structuring, and complex settlement advisory.

Through handling close to 100 transactions per month, KT works at the coalface of real-time conveyancing issues. His practice frequently involves advising on conditional contracts, due diligence complexities, assignment and consent issues, vendor finance, cross-lease variations, and settlement risk. This exposure has given him a practical, detail-driven understanding of how the ADLS agreement operates in fast-moving and nuanced contexts.

Sarah is a barrister at Eldon Chambers in Auckland. She has been counsel in many cases involving misrepresentation, mistakes and misleading conduct in the sale of property, businesses and leasehold interests. She regularly advises vendors and purchasers when high-stake decisions need to be made on cancellation or litigation. Originally from Northern Ireland, Sarah read law at Cambridge University where she graduated First Class. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1998 and practised on the western circuit from Chambers in Bristol. She moved to New Zealand in 2006 and was admitted here in 2011. She joined the independent Bar in 2017.
