Anthony is an employment law specialist of over 20 years' experience. Mike is the Director of Employment Equity Ltd, trading as 0800DISMISSED, an Employment Advocacy firm in New Zealand. He offers dispute resolution, mediation, policy development, and change management services. Mike has represented clients in MBIE mediations and the ERA. He is an ELINZ board member and a lecturer on MBA and undergraduate courses at AUT, teaching Organisational Change Management, Negotiation, and Conflict Resolution.
