Ben is an expert in property law, practising law since 2007. He started his career as a litigator, then gained extensive experience in the corporate, commercial and property space in a mid sized NZ firm, mostly focused on unit title work.
He has also spent 8 years practising law in the Cayman Islands focused on the development of hotels, residential and commercial property.
Mike received his initial grounding in legal practice working in the commercial and property teams of one of New Zealand’s leading national law firms and has subsequently held senior positions both here and in the UK.
Mike has over 30 years of expertise in commercial and property practice areas including business and property acquisitions and sales, related financing and commercial leasing.
