| Author:

The Ministry of Justice has been working to improve legal aid lawyer quality assurance.

In doing they, they have produced a range of templates and fact sheets and a new criminal fixed fee learning tool. The new support resource clarifies the criminal fixed fee schedule and provides guidance on which fees can be claimed and when.

While using the tool, lawyers can select fees and then see the total cost for invoice on the final screen.

The tool can be used as a learning resource or in conjunction with the word package templates.

The fixed fee finder is available the Ministry of Justice website.
