Yes, to a limited extent. You may complete fields as intended and, where appropriate, include additional terms in a separate document. You may not significantly alter, adapt, copy, or reuse the Forms beyond the licence granted.

Each Form comes with a licence for one legal transaction and must be used within 12 months of purchase. Multi-use Forms (e.g. manuals or booklets) follow their own usage rules — please check the instructions for each product where applicable.

No, unless it is specifically labelled as multi-use. Standard Forms are strictly single-use.

Clients may be provided with a locked PDF of the completed Forms, but they cannot edit or modify them. Only authorised users within your organisation may actively use the Forms.

Breach of the Terms — including unauthorised sharing, copying, or non-payment — may result in suspension or termination of access. Copyright breaches may also lead to cost recovery, injunctions, or legal action.

A subscription provides ongoing access to the Platform and a specified number or category of Forms. Subscription type and pricing depend on your TLANZ membership status.

Fees are set out on the Platform at the time of purchase or renewal. Unless credit terms are approved in writing, payment is due at purchase. Overdue accounts may attract interest (2% per month) and recovery costs, and access may be suspended.

Except where required by law, all purchases are non-refundable. If you believe you’ve been charged in error, contact us within 10 business days. Credits or refunds may be issued at TLANZ’s discretion.

Yes. We comply with the Privacy Act 2020. Your data is stored securely, and access is limited to what is necessary for support, maintenance, or legal compliance. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You will have 60 days from the end of access to request a copy of your data in a standard format . After that, it may be permanently deleted or anonymised.

No. Using AI to train, modify, or replicate the Forms or Platform (in whole or part) is strictly prohibited.

Yes. Terms and fees may change from time to time. The most recent Terms apply whenever you use the Platform. We generally provide 14 days’ notice of fee changes.

Scheduled maintenance will be notified at least 48 hours in advance. We aim to respond to support queries within 2 business days.

No. The Forms are templates only. You are responsible for assessing their suitability and accuracy for your use.

We aim to maintain reliable service, but disruptions may occur. We will restore access as soon as practicable but are not liable for outages caused by third parties, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.

You may cancel by giving 30 business days’ written notice. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for unused time.

New Zealand law applies. Any disputes must be resolved in New Zealand courts.

Once a Form is finalised, it is deemed purchased — even if not completed or downloaded. Please ensure you intend to use a Form before finalising it.

Yes, but this will incur an additional fee equal to the cost of a new Form. We recommend reviewing carefully before finalising.

No, unless you have prior written consent from TLANZ. Forms are licensed only for actual legal transactions.

No. Redistribution, resale, or external sharing of Forms is strictly prohibited.

No. Accounts are non-transferable. However, in cases of firm restructuring or business change, you may request a transfer — approval is at TLANZ’s discretion.

A Subscription provides ongoing access to Forms and Services for a set term. A Pay as you go purchase is one-off and gives access to a single-use Form.

You will need to purchase the updated version separately. Your licence applies only to the version originally supplied.
