Terms and Conditions

C2G 2026 Conference Terms and Conditions

 

Eligibility – The prize draw is open to all individuals who fully complete and submit the C2G 2026 Research Survey. Each respondent may enter the prize draw once only.

 

Prizes –

  • (A) Participants who attended the C2G 2026 event in person and complete the survey will go into the draw to win one of two (2) $100 Prezzy Cards.
  • (B) Participants who attended the C2G 2026 event via Livestream and complete the survey will go into the draw to win one of two (2) $100 Prezzy Cards.
  • (C) Previous 2025 C2G attendees who complete the survey will go into the draw to win one (1) $100 Prezzy Card.

All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

 

Entry Period – To be eligible for entry, all fully completed surveys must be submitted by 5.00 pm (NZST), 11 June 2026.

Notification – The prize draw will take place on 16 June 2026, and winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries for the relevant prize draw. Winners will be contacted via email or phone within three (3) business days of the draw date.

 

Public Announcement – The names of the prize winners may be announced on TLANZ’s official website, social media channels, or other communication platforms. By participating in this survey and prize draw, all participants consent to TLANZ using their name for this purpose.

 

Data Usage – By participating in this survey and prize draw, participants agree to allow survey responses to be used for research and reporting purposes in an anonymous and aggregated form. Personal information collected will only be used for the administration of the survey and prize draw, communication with winners, and any publication process. Personal information will be handled in accordance with TLANZ’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

 

General Conditions – TLANZ reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. Entries that are incomplete, duplicate, inaccurate, automated, or otherwise invalid may be disqualified.  Participation in the survey constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All decisions relating to the prize draw are final and binding.

 

Amendments – TLANZ reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the prize draw at any time at its sole discretion.

 

Liability – To the extent permitted by law, TLANZ excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with participation in the survey or acceptance or use of any prize.
