Property Law Committee Survey Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility– The prize draw is open to all, who fully complete and submit the TLANZ survey entitled “TLANZ Property Law Committee Survey“. Each respondent may enter the prize draw once only.

2. Prize– TLANZ will randomly select two entrants to receive one online ticket each to The Annual Property Law Conference 2025 upon successful completion of the survey. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative. However, recipients may transfer their ticket to another individual if they wish. If a recipient does not respond within 5 days of being notified, TLANZ reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

3. Entry Period– To be eligible for entry, all fully completed surveys must be submitted by 5 pm (NZST), Thursday 13 February 2025.

4. Notification– The prize draw will take place on Friday 14 February 2025 and the winners will be randomly selected from the eligible entries. TLANZ will attempt to contact the winners via email or phone within three (3) business days of the prize draw date.

5. Public announcement– The names of the winners may be announced on TLANZ official website, social media channels, or other communication platforms. By Participating in the survey and prize draw, all participants consent to TLANZ using their name for this purpose.

6. Data Usage– By participating in this survey and prize draw, participants agree to allow The Law Association of New Zealand to use their responses for research purposes in an anonymous and aggregated form. Personal data collected from participants will be used only for the purpose of the survey and prize draw and the data will not be shared with any third parties without express consent.

7. General conditions- TLANZ reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions. Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these prize draw terms and conditions. TLANZ’s decisions regarding the prize draw are final and binding.

8. Amendments–  TLANZ reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at its own discretion.

9. Liability – To the extent permitted by law, TLANZ excludes all liability for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in this draw.
