MSuites Prize Draw 2026 

MSuites 2026 Survey Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This prize draw is promoted by MSuites by TLANZ The Law Association of New Zealand Incorporated of Level 18, Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand.

2. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to all individuals who complete a MSuites booking during the Entry Period. Each respondent may enter the prize draw once only.

3. Prize

Participants will go in the draw to win a $100 Prezzy Card. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize. The prize will be provided to the winner in a manner determined by MSuites.

4. Entry Period

To be eligible for entry, all fully completed forms must be submitted by 5:00 pm NZST on 30 June 2026.

5. Draw and Notification

The prize draw will take place on 30 June 2026, and the winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. MSuites will attempt to contact the winner via email or phone within three business days of the draw date.

6. Unclaimed Prize

If the winner cannot be contacted within five business days, or declines the prize, MSuites reserves the right to draw a replacement winner from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Public Announcement

The name of the prize winner may be announced on The Law Association’s official website, social media channels, or other communication platforms. By participating in this prize draw, all participants consent to The Law Association using their name for this purpose.

8. Data Usage and Privacy

Personal information collected will be used only for administering the prize draw and will not be shared with third parties without express consent, except as required by law. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and The Law Association’s Privacy Policy.

9. General Conditions

The Law Association reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the survey constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Law Association’s decisions regarding the prize draw are final and binding.

10. Amendments and Cancellation

The Law Association reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the prize draw at its discretion at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute arising in connection with this prize draw is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
