MSuites Prize Draw 2026

The Law Association of New Zealand – C2G 2026 Prize Draw (MSuites)

 

Organiser This prize draw is organised by The Law Association of New Zealand Incorporated of Level 18, Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand.

Eligibility The prize draw is open to individuals attending C2G 2026 who fully complete and submit the information form during the Entry Period. Each person may enter the prize draw once only.

Prize

Go into the draw to win your next offsite meeting at MSuites by TLANZ: your chance to win a complimentary team meeting room booking at MSuites by TLANZ — premium mediation and meeting suites designed for productive conversations and professional collaboration. The prize covers the room fees only and does not include travel, accommodation, or any other costs. The prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.

Prizes will be provided to the winners in a manner decided by The Law Association.

Entry Period To be eligible for entry, all fully completed forms must be submitted by 5.00 pm (NZST) on 14 May 2026.

Draw and Notification The prize draw will take place after the close of the Entry Period and winners will be randomly selected from the eligible entries. The Law Association will attempt to contact the winners via email or phone within three business days of the prize draw date.

Unclaimed Prizes If a winner cannot be contacted within five business days, or declines the prize, The Law Association reserves the right to draw a replacement winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Public Announcement- The names of the prize winners may be announced on The Law Association’s official website, social media channels, or other communication platforms. By participating in this prize draw, participants consent to The Law Association using their name for this purpose.

Data Usage and Privacy Personal information collected from participants will be used for the purpose of administering the prize draw and contacting winners. Where participants provide consent, contact details may also be used by The Law Association to provide information about future events, publications, and services. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and The Law Association’s Privacy Policy. The Law Association is not responsible for any technical malfunction, network failure, delayed transmission, or any other issue that may result in an entry not being received.

General Conditions The Law Association reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Law Association’s decisions regarding the prize draw are final and binding.

Amendments and Cancellation- The Law Association reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the prize draw at its discretion at any time.

Liability- To the extent permitted by law, The Law Association excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this prize draw or acceptance or use of a prize.

Force Majeure- The Law Association is not liable for failure to perform any obligation where the failure is due to events beyond its reasonable control.

Governing Law- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute arising in connection with this prize draw is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
