Property Law

The Property Law Committee is influential in the development of property law and practice. Committee members all have expertise in property law and liaise with a range of stakeholders in the property law sector including LINZ, REINZ, Auckland Council, the Courts, banks, the Tenancy Tribunal and government departments to develop solutions to a range of property law issues and engage in law reform.

Collegiality and collaboration within the property law space is a point of emphasis, as is increasing awareness of property law issues through articles, interviews and acting as a representative voice for property lawyers in New Zealand.
